My Hometown
I was born in Knoxville, Tennessee. I have lived in Caryville, Tennessee and areas around it for most of my life. It is located in Campbell County, which is just about 45 minutes south of campus on I-75. There isn't very much to do in the area except for outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, hunting, boat riding, kayaking, and other water activities due to there being mostly beautiful mountains and lakes in the area.
How I Got To UC
My fiance was a student here and was joining the marching band. I already had plans to go to trade school to become an automotive technician. I was working at a local auto body repair shop called Lyk-Nu. I had spoken to the director of the band here at UC before but i had already decided to go to trade school, even though my true passion is music and i knew within myself what i truly wanted to do. The day before band camp, the director texted my fiance and asked if I was still interested in joining the band. I had already been accepted to trade school but I decided to take a chance and come to UC.
My Relationship With The Internet
I use the internet every day, whether i realize it or not. I use it for school, weather, gaming, social media, entertainment, and more. The internet is just a part of my everyday life that i don't even think about to be completely honest.It is mind boggling to think about how the internet has changed ever since it was invented. It makes me wish i was here for all of it all along so i could understand it even deeper, but at the same time i am lucky to be born in the age of technology that i was.
